However, damaged or incorrect personalization or engraving on the part of Wisteria Lane Gifts will result in replacement of item at company's cost. Additionally, WLG's can not accept returns if packaging has been opened. Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt of delivery, as errors or defects must be reported to Wisteria Lane Gifts within 3 business days or no corrections or replacements will be made.
